Part One
So I thought I'd start off with my gym/workout playlist.
I, and I'm sure there are scientific studies to back me up, feel that I am more than double as effective when working out when I've got my iPod playing the right kind of music to when I'm not listening to my own music. It gives me a boost when I feel like I just can't run another minute.
I have googled a lot of different playlist that people work out to, celeb workout jams etc to get ideas and finally after not finding what I was really looking for, I eventually looked to iTunes for help.
Eureka! I managed to get an awesome jam mix that gives me a boost when I need it most.
