Some more drinks
It's the new year... as of a few weeks ago. Yes, I am slow but I really haven't been making anything worth blogging, until now :)My new years resolutions did not include "drink less" so here's one of my favourite cocktails that I love to drink but don't like the R60 odd at a cocktail lounge.

Toblerone Cocktail:
30 mls Frangelico
30 mls Kahlua
30 mls Cape Valvet
60 mls cream
1 tbsp honey
Toblerone grated over the top
Mix all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice to cool it down. Remove the ice and pour into a cocktail glass.
It is to die for and I hope you enjoy as much as I do :)
